Having retired from private practice as a solicitor on 31 August 2017, I no longer hold a current practising certificate from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and I am not regulated by the SRA or by any other body. Mediation is an unregulated activity which I undertake on my own account (not in my capacity as a former partner in Gordon Dadds, with which firm I no longer have any connection).
As a mediator who is registered with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), I have agreed to adhere to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators.
I have professional indemnity insurance for mediation with Hiscox Underwriting Limited under policy OXY9750266.
